Income and expense budgets for each Fiscal Year, with sub-budgets where you need detail, approved and locked with the year.

What actually happened?

One register per bank account. Split a check across budgets, record transfers once, and see the bank's balance next to everything you have written.

Attach the receipt to each transaction. One printable audit report holds the budgets and every transaction followed by its documents.

Budgets by Fiscal Year

Every budget shows the plan, the actual amounts per quarter and what remains. Changing an approved budget means unlocking it with a reason, which is recorded. Budgets keep their history from one year to the next.

Bank registers

Checks and deposits, split across budgets, with cleared dates and the bank reconciliation. Duplicate entries and check numbers are caught; a mistake is voided, never silently deleted.

Follow an event from the first poster to the last deposit, with a printable cash count sheet. Reminders — once or repeating — keep the treasurer's duties from being forgotten when the treasurer changes.

PennyWarden is not signed with a paid code-signing certificate, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway. Check the download against the checksum below if you want to be sure it is the original file.
